Regardless of whether your Quadvelo has doors or not, we strongly recommend using an additional bicycle lock between the back wheel and rear axle when parking. Most insurance providers require an approved bike lock for theft coverage.

Yes, you can remove the doors by loosening the screws on the inside that secure the overturn safety rope. Once the screws are released, pull the door out from the top hinge at a 90-degree angle to the opening.

Parents or drivers assume full responsibility for carrying another person or pet while cycling. However, it is possible to install a go-cart-style seat on rails in the trunk if desired.

The Quadvelo can accommodate up to 120 kg in its trunk. Additionally, you can attach a bicycle trailer with a capacity of up to 80 kg.
